I'm a good friend of Mr. Kane's daughter "Linda." What I know of him are the wonderful stories Linda has told us. He certainly must have been a special man to produce such a caring, loving family.
So sorry to hear of Gerry's passing. I got to know him very well when he umpired the Sunday softball in Wadsworth. He was a wonderful man who will be missed, I am sure, by many.
I have many memories of "Big Jerry". I'm pretty sure he taught me how to swim, or should I say I had to learn, as he threw me in his pool! I also remember going for rides in the convertible and getting ice cream at the Twinkiss. Camping at Woodstream. So many good memories. Miss ya Jerry.

When you lose someone you love, it seems that time stands still. Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
