Obituary of Claudia Anette Stata

Claudia Anette Greene Stata, 56, of Rochester, NY, died Friday, February 3, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Stata, and her father, Dr. Robert Greene Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Akira Stata, son, Kai Stata both of Rochester, mother, Erika Greene of Geneseo, brothers, Tom (Shelley) Greene of Monson, MA, Robert (Susie) Greene Jr. of Bristol, VA, many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. She was born January 15, 1956 in Morgantown, WV the daughter of Dr. Robert and Erika Nolte Greene Sr. Claudia Graduated from Geneseo Central School in 1974. She earned a Bachelors' Degree and a Masters Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. She was employed as a Senior Producer of Business Management and worked at RIT for over 30 years. Claudia will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She touched the lives of so many people and her indomitable spirit will live on in the hearts of all those that had the privilege of making her acquaintance. No Prior Calling Hours. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 2 PM at the Central Presbyterian Church, 31 Center St. in Geneseo with Pastor Nancy Lowmaster officiating.
