I was just thinking of Claudia wondering if she was still at RIT and I was led to this page.
Claudia took me in when I moved from Los Angeles to Rochester in 1992 as a new freshman in college. She hired me to help out in the Educational Technology Center - on the spot. She mentored me. She befriended me. I even had the opportunity to babysit for Akira and I had the chance to meet Kai later.
Granted it's been nearly 2 decades since we last spoke, she will alway be with me. On November 6th, I'll be running the NYC marathon to honor those who have fallen to cancer. She will be honored with them.
Thank you Claudia for helping me through the tough parts of my young life and for helping to get me where I am now.
And to you husband Bob and her two children she will always be part of you.
