Obituary of Sebastian Jim Vitale

Sebastian Jim Vitale, age 41, of Seligman, AZ, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 7, 2020 in Seligman, AZ. He was predeceased by his father, James Vitale, grandparents, Anthony "Butts" Vitale, Kenneth and Mary Oltz.

He is survived by his grandmother, Leah Vitale of Piffard, mother, Margaret "Peggy" Oltz of Leicester, sister, Necole Vitale of Webster, nieces, Rachael and Siobhan Hurley, aunts, Catherine (John) Trupo, Patty Vitale, Terri (Joseph) Pukos, uncles, Tony (Donna) Vitale, Mark (Erin) Vitale, Paul (Bubi) Vitale and 10 cousins.

Sebastian was born April 6, 1979 in Dansville, NY the son of the late James Anthony Vitale and Margaret "Peggy" Oltz.

Due to COVID-19 no prior calling hours. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 11 AM at St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo. A reception will follow at the Geneseo United Methodist Church, 4520 Genesee St. (Route 63)
