Sorry to hear of Marion passing. I worked with her at Youngs & Linfoot years ago, in the Auto Insurance Department. Marion was one of the best Supervisors I ever had She was patient, kind, great smile, and a good friend. I have many great memories working with her and the other ladies. Our Condolences to her family.

We cannot feel life's losses without first feeling the blessings of its fullness. I always remember Marion as someone who was always willing to share her knowledge of sewing and quilting – she always had time to show you what you needed to know to complete your project. I will keep your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this time.

Marion was one of the first to greet me and make me feel welcome in the Piffard Community. She always had a smile and a hello when we would meet and sew together at the York Town Quilt Guild. I will remember her as a sweet and warm-hearted lady who was so willing to share a smile and a welcome.

I met Marion through the Livingston County Sewing Guild. She amazed with her generosity, willingness to teach, and caring personality. Marion taught me how to crochet stoma covers for the Cancer Treatment Center at Strong Hospital (URMC). When our paths would cross, she would always asked me how many stoma covers I had made - she insisted I keep track of everyone. Well Marion, I am proud to report to you I have crochet 2,667 stoma covers since you taught me how to make them over ten years ago. You have been in my thoughts and prayers each day when I sit to crochet another one. May you rest in peace and be blessed by our Lord for all you have provided to others.
