Obituary of Wava Mae Wolcott

Wava Mae Sanford Wolcott, age 79, of Geneseo, passed peacefully, Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, NY. She was predeceased by her parents, Loren and Kathryn Sanford, sister, Gloria Andrews, brothers, William Sanford and Alvin Rice. She is survived by her children, Cheryl (Steve) Vetter of SC, Charles Wolcott of Rush, Cynthia Nardi of SC, Chris Wolcott of Geneseo, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchild, brothers, Reggie (Donna) Sanford and Craig Rice, many nieces and nephews. Wava was born June 24, 1939 in Nunda, NY the daughter of Loren and Kathryn Carney Sanford. She was a nurse's aide for many years at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
