Obituary of Margaret A. Hitchcock

Margaret A. Hitchcock, age 82, of Greigsville, died Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Teresa House in Geneseo. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Hitchcock in 2009, brothers, Hugh, Roy and Harold Dillon. She is survived by her sons, Craig Hitchcock of Piffard, Bruce (Ann) Hitchcock of Leicester, Mark Hitchcock of Gates, grandchildren, Jillian Hitchcock of NC, Jeff (Danielle) Hitchcock of KY, Judy Hitchcock of Retsof, David (Becky) Hitchcock of East Avon, great grandsons, Miles and Own Hitchcock, sister in law, Margaret Dillon of Leroy, many nieces and nephews. Margaret was born May 7, 1935 in Fowlerville, NY the daughter of Frank and Jennie Raphael Dillon. She had a love for horses and her favorite past time was horseback riding with her husband Paul. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in York. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Teresa House, 21 Highland Rd., Geneseo, NY 14454.
