Obituary of Mabel C. Boyd

Mabel C. Boyd, age 81, of Beakrush Lane in West Henrietta, formerly of Geneseo, died Friday, December 11, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel M. Boyd in 2012 and sister, Jean Havens in 2012. She is survived by her daughters, Marion (Fred) Schremp of Roswell, GA, Debbie (Bob) McDowell of Macedon, grandchildren, Jennifer (Nick Majors) McDowell, Andrew McDowell, Mari Rose (Ehren Swedberg) Schremp, great grandchildren, Jaelynne and Braedyn Majors, sister, Norma (Charlie) Elam of Livonia, brother in law, John Havens of Avon, many nieces and nephews. Mabel was born April 25, 1934 in Belfast, Ireland the daughter of Thomas and Marion Aiken Crooks. She retired from the Rochester Telephone Company as a Billing Analyst. Mabel was a long time member of the Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo. No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at 11 AM at the Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo with Dr. Rev. Nancy Lowmaster officiating. Interment will be in the Central Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Central Presbyterian Church, 31 Center St., Geneseo, NY 14454.
