Obituary of Shirley V. Buck

Shirley V. Buck, 91, of Long Point Rd. in Geneseo, died Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. She is predeceased by her husband, Herbert "Kip" Buck, son, Gary Buck, brothers, Gilbert Smith and Don (Angie) Cook. She is survived by her son, Jerry (Debra) Buck of Lima, daughter, Darlene (Dan) Hunt of Geneseo, grandchildren, Kellie Buck, Mackenzie (Lyndsey) Hunt, Taylor Hunt, Garrison Hunt, sister in law, Katherine Smith of Retsof, many nieces and nephews. She was born August 15, 1921 in Rochester, NY the daughter of Albert and Mildred Gfeller Smith. She was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Sunday June 16, 2013 from 4-7 PM where Funeral Services will be held Monday at 10 AM with Pastor Nancy Lowmaster officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Honeoye, NY. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 333 Westmoreland Dr., Rochester, NY 14620.
