Obituary of Daniel P. Cavanagh

Daniel P. Cavanagh, age 71, of Pine Cone Lane in Mt. Morris, formerly of Seneca Ave. in Geneseo, died Monday, October 26, 2015 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, NY. He was predeceased by his mother, Mae McFall in February of 2013. He is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Vaitl of CA, Roberta Haney of Buffalo and Rosemary Tarantello of Geneseo, his aunt, Martha Savage of Rochester, several nieces & nephews. Dan was born September 2, 1944 in Warsaw, NY the son of Milton J. and Mae Dellaro Cavanagh. He had been employed at the Big Tree Inn in Geneseo. No prior calling hours. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday January 26, 2016 at 10 AM the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, 11 Murray Hill Dr., Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
