Obituary of Bettie J. Zanni

Bettie J. Zanni, 85, of Morgan Estates in Geneseo, formerly of Genesee St. in Retsof, died Monday, October 5, 2015 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was predeceased by her husband James Zanni in 1980. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Tim and Kristin Zanni of Los Gatos, CA, 5 grandchildren, Brittany, Cody, Blake, Riley Mae and Lucy Zanni, 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Bettie was born October 15, 1929 in York, NY the daughter of William and Ruth McCaughey Ellis. She was retired from the AKZO Nobel Salt Mine in Retsof, NY. Friends may call Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Her Funeral Mass will be held Friday, October 9, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Lucy's Church in Retsof. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
