Our sincerest sympathies to Barb and her family,in the loss of their beloved husband, father and grandfather; and to their host of friends, colleagues, former patients and local "Lake-ers." We were all fortunate to have known Bill in different ways and places, and all of us are richer for having been in his care and friendship.
