Obituary of Nina M. Copeland

Nina M. Copeland, 90, long time resident of York Rd. West, died Friday, January 13, 2012 at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene "Sheenie" Copeland in 1991. She is survived by 2 daughters, Barbara Embler of Mebane, NC, Mary Jeanne (Steve) Harper of Graham, NC, 2 sons, Ronald (Kathy) Copeland of York, Tom (Karen) Copeland of Byron, best friend, Walter Johnson which whom she resided in Caledonia, 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was born April 7, 1921 in, Wharton, PA the daughter of Erwin and Maud Marrow Munson. Nina was a member of the York United Presbyterian Church. She was a Secretary for Fingerlakes Livestock, in Canandaigua for over 30 years. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 1-4 PM. Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 16, 2012 at 11 AM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Prong of the York United Presbyterian Church officiating.
