Obituary of Theodora L. Greenman

Theodora L. Greenman, 87, of Stuyvesant Manor in Geneseo, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was predeceased by her brother John Harvey Greenman Jr. and niece, Holly Greenman Schelb. She is survived by her niece, Deborah (Darrell) Campbell of Rutherfordton, NC, 3 nephews, John (Sue) Greenman III of Houston, TX, William (Megan) Greenman of Franklin, TN, Richard Greenman of St. Petersburg, FL, several grand nieces and grand nephews. Theodora was born March 17, 1924 in Cortland, NY the daughter of John Harvey and Theodora Aber Greenman Sr. She graduated from Cortland Junior/ Senior High School and Syracuse Businness Institute. Theo was employed at SUNY Geneseo for more than 30 years as Secretary to the President of the University, having retired in August of 1979. She was a longtime member of Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo and was a volunteer at the Wadsworth Library in Geneseo. No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 2 PM at Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo with Rev. Nancy Lowmaster officiating. Interment will be in the Central Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden.
