Obituary of Harriet L. Swan

Harriet L. Swan, 85, of Lakeville-Groveland Rd. in Geneseo, died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, NY. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Swan, and her sister, Arlene Woerner. She is survived by her daughter, Penny (Mark) Perr of St. Louis, MO, grandchildren, Robert Swan Jr. and Tesla Swan, daughter in law, Susie Wheeler of Geneseo, sister, Ina Swan of Geneseo, many nieces and nephews, canine companions, Lender Dog Bear and Casey. She was born July 1, 1927 in Geneseo, NY the daughter of Ralph T. and Melvina Welch Swan. Harriet retired from the Swan Farm in Geneseo where she worked for many years. Graveside Services will be Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 10 AM in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to Leader Dogs for the Blind, 1039 S. Rochester Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
