Dear Welch Family
We are so sad to hear of Mr. Welch's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I still remember visiting my Grandparents the Kemps that lived acrossed the street from you years ago on Watkins Ave. The Kemp house has changed alot these days. Along with many new faces. Your dad was a kind man. Time will heal as you know. I am sure that Christopher was waiting for him. Take care.
