When Paul and I worked together at the Retsof Salt Mine (in the Building 25 bagging department), one of his favorite things to do was to get a dish of tripe on Wednesday nights at the Green Shingle in Retsof. He always said that Jenny Troisi made the best tripe around. He came close to getting me hooked on tripe as well. Great guy. We made work fun. He'll be greatly missed, but will always be in my long term memory bank.
