Obituary of Lucille P. Beardsley

Lucille P. Beardsley, 88, of Morgan View Estates in Geneseo, died Monday, June 8, 2009 at her residence. Mrs. Beardsley had previously resided in Nunda, NY. She is survived by her children, David (Georgia) Beardsley of Geneseo, Janet (Paul) Claud of Nunda, Lynn Hooker of Geneseo, grandchildren, Heather (Raul) Fernandez of Arlington, TX, Seth (Nancy) Beardsley of Elizabethtown, PA, Kimberly Beardsley of NYC, Sherri (Bob) McEvoy of Nunda, Shelly (Scott) Marsh of Rochester, John (Tracy) Hooker of Canastota, NY, Jennifer (Mark) Kress of Livonia, 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband George Beardsley in 1978. She was born September 13, 1920 in Nunda, NY the daughter of Harry and Florence Turbeville Powell. Lucille was a retired secretary from the Keshequa Central School District in Nunda. She was a member of the Geneseo United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 2-4, 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 12, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church, 4520 Route 63 in Geneseo. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Nunda.
