Obituary of Alice J. Stone

Alice J. Stone, 86, of Main St. in Wadsworth, died Monday, December 31, 2012 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Ellis Stone, brothers, Bernard and James Deuel, sisters, Lorraine Palmer and Anne Nolan. She is survived by her children, Eugene Stone of Nunda, Sharon Stone of Mt. Morris, granddaughters, Jamie Lynn (Jamie) Mullen of Leicester, Julie Ann Stone of NH, great grandsons, Trevor and DJ, brother, Herman (Gert) Deuel, sisters, Betty Freeman, Mary Lou Swabb, Ruth (Jim) Myers, Linda (Bill) Thompson, Dorothy Spoly, Elaine Radford, sister in law, May Deuel, many nieces and nephews. She was born August 20, 1926 in Honeoye Falls, NY the daughter of Murray and Helen Tesch Deuel. Alice was employed by Champion Products in Geneseo for many years. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Friday from 11 AM - 1 PM where Funeral Services will follow visitation at 1 PM with Pastor Nancy Lowmaster officiating. Burial will be in the Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the York Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 92, Retsof, NY 14539.
