Obituary of Sylvia I. Sheets

Sylvia I. Bielewicz Sheets, 57, of Eastman Place in Leicester died Sunday, September 28, 2008 at her residence. She is survived by her children Lance (Melanie) Hilyard of York, Shane (Brandy) Hilyard of Franklinville, NY, Brandon (Amanda) Hilyard of Dansville, 7 grandchildren Jacob, Mia, Jonah, Rosalin, Katelyn, Leahana and Tegan Hilyard, several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was born April 22, 1951 in Buffalo, NY the daughter of Jozes and Genevieve Bozarski Bielewicz. Sylvia had been employed at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea as a Licensed Practical Nurse before it closed. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Wednesday from 2-4, 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Church in Geneseo with Father Edward Dillon officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in York.
