Obituary of Janice E. McDonald

Janice E. McDonald, 80, a resident at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, died there Saturday, January 26, 2008. Miss McDonald was previously from Geneseo. She is survived by her brother and guardian Bob McDonald of Geneseo, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was born August 20, 1927 in Rochester, NY the daughter of Victor and Emma Mccart McDonald. Janice attended Geneseo Schools. Her family gratefully wishes to acknowledge the health providers at Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris and thank them for their years of faithful care. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home in Geneseo on Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Funeral services will coincide with those of her sister in law Jean McDonald on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Church in Geneseo with Father Robert Kanka and Rev. Lawrence Mothersell officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to Geneseo Fire Department and Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 428, Geneseo, NY, 14454.
