Betty J. Bartholomay, age 89, of Rochester, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Groveland, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard C. Bartholomay, grandson, Richard P. Bartholomay, brothers, Reginald, William, Harry, Fred and sister, Edna. She is survived by her sons, Richard G. (Marsha "Tina") Bartholomay of Rochester, Stephen D. Bartholomay of Groveland, Robert M. Bartholomay of Vail, CO, grandchildren, Candace Bartholomay, Matthew (Beth) Bartholomay, Heather (Bryan) Rawlett, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Betty was born January 16, 1926 in Rochester, NY the daughter of George and Edith Garrett Adams. Betty and Richard were married for 67 years while residing in Penn Yan, NY and Summerfield, FL. No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Livingston County Hospice Fund, 2 Murray Hill Dr., Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
