Obituary of Patricia Vail Sells

Patricia Vail Sells, age 89, of Reservoir Rd. in Geneseo, died Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at her residence. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert "Duke" Sells in 2000. She is survived by her children, Robert (Dale) Sells of Geneseo, Cynthia (Walter) Pond of Geneseo, grandchildren, Wendy (Chris) Taylor, Robyn (Thomas) Croce, Robert (Amy) Sells, Caressa Sells, Geneva Pond, 6 great grandchildren, brother, Theodore Converse of Unity, ME, many nieces and nephews, a beloved dog, 4 horses and a miniature donkey. Patricia was born December 25, 1925 in Nyack, NY the daughter of Guy and Louise Moore Converse. She was a Doctor's Assistant in New Jersey before she and Duke moved to Geneseo. Pat oversaw the renovation of their Geneseo home from start to finish. She ran and operated a successful Antique Business and raised Miniature Horses on their farm in Geneseo. Friends may call Friday, June 12, 2015 from 6-8 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. The family will hold a private Memorial Service. Pat and her family ask you to take a moment to remember her if you brush you horse, admire an antique, laugh with friends and family or cuddle your dog.
