I know this is a very dated tribute, however, I only recently learned of Mr. Spruill's passing. I admired O.B. Spruill very much. He was a counselor at Lee High School when I was a student there in the the '60s. He gave me good advice and it has stood the test of time. I wish I had known him longer. I think he was a great person and I feel truly fortunate to have known him.

Mr. OB Spruill:
What a kind and wonderful man! And always full of interesting stories. He knew so much, was so smart, and always willing to share.
What a gift to know him.
Visiting Letchworth, seeing rainbows, and watching the Perseid meteor shower will bring me fond memories of him.
OB was a pleasure, and it was both an honor and a privilege to be his nurse. He will truly be missed.
My prayers are with you and your family Wanda. You have my deepest sympathy.
Love always, Debbie
