Obituary of Gerald H. Densmore Sr.

Gerald H. Densmore Sr., age 90, of Butler Rd. in Perry, formerly of Geneseo, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at his residence. He was predeceased by his grandson, Alexander Rawleigh. He is survived by his wife, Arlene, children, Charlotte (Larry) Burns of Martin, GA, Gerald (Martha) Densmore Jr. of Deltona, FL, Debra Rochester of Langdon, ND, Mark (Kathy Helfrich) Densmore of Cohocton, Melanie (Kenneth) Rawleigh of Perry, grandchildren, Ronda, Tamara, Stacy, Derrick, Heather, Amy Jo, Brandy, Lyndsay, Zachary, and Tiffany, 24 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Gerald was born November 25, 1924 in Coudersport, PA the son of Archie and Ada Lent Densmore. Gerald was a US Navy WWII Veteran. He retired from Sweet Briar Farm in Geneseo. Gerald and Arlene were married for 66 years. Calling hours will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 6-8 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo.
