Obituary of David E. Bailor

David E. Bailor, age 70, of Geneseo, died Monday, October 28, 2024 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his wife, Katherine Klemm Bailor and parents, Paul and Doris Bailor.

He is survived by his two daughters, Susan Bailor and Stacy Bailor both of Geneseo, sister, Dorothy MacKenzie of FL, niece, Tiffany DiPerna of TN, great niece, Michaela DiPerna of NC, great nephews, Caleb DiPerna of TN and Nathan DiPerna of MA.

David was born August 21, 1954 in Rochester, NY the son of Paul and Doris M. Embling Bailor. He was a graduate of Geneseo Central School class of 1973 and went on to earn his Associates Degree from Alfred Tech. David drove tractor trailers, owned and operated his own lawn care company in Geneseo and retired as an operator from Barilla American Inc. in Avon. David was also a former member of the Geneseo Fire Department.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 11 AM - 1 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo, where Funeral Services will follow at 1 PM. Interment will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo.
