Gary was the Code Enforcer and Building Inspector when I built my home on Conesus. He was always pleasant and helpful and over the years we had many enjoyable chats. After Geneseo I ran into him in Walmart. I was the “paint guy” at Smith Lumber so we had some good chuckles about paint customers. He was one of the good guys.
