Dear Jackie, I'm so sorry to hear of your moms passing. She was such a nice lady. She and your dad were good friends with my parents Emerson and Mildred Johnston. My mom passed away this past August. Our dads worked together and even traveled to Florida a couple of times together. My condolences go out to you and your family. Thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Larry and I shared many fun times at Jack Tar Village in the Bahamas with Don and Vena way back in the 1980’s. What a wonderful pair they were!! Taking a taxi to Freeport to visit the casino and spending Easter Monday in West End at the village festival are special memories.
Vena was a personable, fashionable, and friendly person who will be missed.
