Obituary of M. Pauline Gilg

M. Pauline Gilg, age 98, of Cuylerville, died Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. She was predeceased by her sons, Peter and Gordon Gilg and many siblings.

She is survived by her children, Peggy (Cook) Montemarano of Cuylerville, Pam Gilg of York, Larry (Patricia Onorati) Gilg of Mt. Morris, daughter in law, Patricia Gilg of York, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews.

Pauline was born February 12, 1925 in Lakeville, NY the daughter of Sufrine and Florence LaRoche DeLavergne. She was a US Army Veteran during World War II. Pauline retired from Livingston County Department of Social Services in Mt. Morris as a Social Worker. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family.

No prior calling hours. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 11 AM at Leicester Cemetery with Rev. Michelle Sumption officiating.
