Obituary of Timothy J. Wolfe

Timothy J. Wolfe, age 62, of York, died Monday, January 16, 2023 at his residence. He was predeceased by his parents, Russell and Helen Wolfe, brother in law, Michael Gilman and niece, Nichole Julian.

He is survived by his siblings, Mindy Gilman, Thomas (Brenda Moore) Wolfe all of York, niece, Halie (Bob) Gilman Johnson, nephew, Tyler (Alex) Gilman, great nieces and nephews, Finley and Beckett Gilman, Ava and Logan Julian as well as many cousins.

Tim was born December 13, 1960 in Batavia, NY the son of Russell and Helen Doolittle Wolfe. Tim was a graduate of York Central School. He was employed by AKZO-Nobel Salt Mine in Retsof and became Plant Manager for NY Bean in Caledonia. Tim enjoyed riding his motorcycles with friends and his family.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 5-7 PM at Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where his Funeral Service will follow visitation at 7 PM with Rev. Michelle Sumption officiating. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 11 AM at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in York.
