James Michael Lee III
October 30, 1972- July 15, 2022
James Michael Lee III, 49, died after a motorcycle tragedy on Friday, July 15, 2022. Jim was a wonderful husband of 25 years, devoted father of 3 children, son, brother, uncle, and awesome friend.
Jim was born October 30, 1972 to MeiChu Kao and James Michael Lee Jr. He is the brother to, Adam Lee of Clay, NY, step sister, Sandra Warner-Howard of Jamesville, NY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends.
Jim was predeceased by his step mother, Carol Lee and favorite mother-in-law, Challis Burdick.
Jim grew up in Clay/Cazenovia, NY. He graduated high school from Cicero-North Syracuse in 1991 and received a degree in Auto Mechanics from SUNY Morrisville. Jim was an auto mechanic at Monro Muffler, Jimmy Sales and Service. He was employed by the Bob Johnson Auto Group at the Mazda store as a used car mechanic in Henrietta, which he loved.
Jim met his loving wife, Stacey Jones in 1993 and they were married in 1996. He is a devoted father of 3, James Michael (Lizzie Chichester) IV, Katherine and Rebecca Lee. You would always see him at sporting events, building sets for school musicals, school concerts or anything else his children were involved in. His children were his world!
He loved travelling on vacations (once Stacey talked him into it) and hanging out with friends and family. He loved hanging out with "The Cousins" at get-togethers. He was an avid gun enthusiast. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with "The Motorcycle Gang". He was also a prankster and loved making people laugh and smile. Jim was always a phone call away and would drop anything he was doing to help a friend.
Jim touched so many lives and there will always be a funny memories for you to reflect upon. Jim will be sadly missed but he will always be loved and adored.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. A Remembrance Gathering will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 1 PM at the A-On-Do-Wah-Nuh Sportsman's Club, 4716 River Rd. in Leicester.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Charity of one's choice.
