Obituary of Robert J. Hart

Robert J. Hart, age 79, of York, passed unexpectedly, Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at his residence. He was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn Joan Crawford Hart and son, Gregory "J-Bone" Hart.

He is survived by his children, Jodie (Robbie Parnell) Parsons Hart of Piffard, Jeff Hart of York, Todd (Penny) Martin of York, 2 granddaughters, Jessica Hart and Kayti (Kyle Coffey) Parsons, several cousins and many family friends.

Robert was born August 27, 1942 in Warsaw, NY the son of James and Gladys Gall Hart. He worked on the family farm growing up and then went to work for the Genesee & Wyoming Railroad in Retsof and retired in 1997 as a Supervisor. After retirement Bob worked for DeWitt and the Town of York Highway Department.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at 1 PM at the York Sportsman's Club, 2883 Craig Rd. in York.
