I like to think of Lowell as a loveable curmudgeon, but I think he cultivated the crusty exterior. He had a heart of gold and was a valuable member of the community for decades. Jim Creagan would have been so sad to lose his friend. But maybe they are together now swapping appliance stories. My sincerest condolences.

My condolences to Mr Conrad's family. I knew him as the result of my membership on the Livonia Republican committee. He was a very knowledgeable man. He will be missed.

Lowell was such a wonderful man. Was always there for the community and his friends! If I needed boxes to build a garden he was the man to check with! He always had a smile on his face!! I will miss that when i am back in town!

Lowell was a man of true integrity and a lifelong committed republican leader who always stood behind his beliefs
We were proud to call him a friend and honored to have had him as the county Republican chairman and Colleague and he was
A honest businessman who always cared about his customers and their needs. Our county and community lost a real
True American legacy. Jack and Bridget York he has earned his seat in Heaven.
