Obituary of Lois M. Templeton

Lois M. Templeton, age 76, of Wadsworth, died Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. She was predeceased by her parents, Allen and Leona Wallace, husband, David Templeton, and brother, Robert Wallace.

She is survived by her son, Jason Templeton of Wadsworth, sister, Barbara Truax of Scottsville, brother, Donald (Chris) Wallace of Peoria, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lois was born December 31, 1945 in Batavia, NY the daughter of Allen and Leona Bradley Wallace. She was a High School Graduate of York Central School. Lois worked for Electro Networks in Caledonia and Bausch and Lamb in Rochester. She was also employed by Pavilion Natural Gas in Geneseo and Topps Grocery Store in Avon. Lois enjoyed photography and was an excellent seamstress. She also enjoyed baking and canning and was well known for her homemade beef jerky.

Graveside Services for both Lois and David will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11 AM in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo.
