Obituary of Horace W. "Pete" Buchholz

Horace W. "Pete" Buchholz, age 74, of Geneseo, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at his residence. He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Erin and brother, Tom Buchholz.

He is survived by his wife, Frankie, daughters, Melissa Szczesniak of Livonia, Michelle (Ted) Ryan of Piffard, grandson Dylan (Kaitlyn) Szczesniak of Livonia, great granddaughter, Madison Szczesniak, brother, William (Bonnie) Buchholz of MD, sister in law, Barbie (Bobby) O'Keefe of Geneseo, several nieces and nephews.

Pete was born March 20, 1947 in Warsaw, NY the son of Horace Frank and Phyllis McMordie Buchholz. He retired from the Village of Geneseo Department of Public Works.

No prior calling hours. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 11 AM at Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Geneseo Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 428, Geneseo, NY 14454.
