Obituary of Donald C. Stymus Jr.

Donald C. Stymus, Jr. "Donnie", age 67, of Geneseo, passed away, Saturday, May 24, 2025 at his residence at Morgan Estates in Geneseo. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Mildred and infant son, Evan Stymus.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Stymus, daughter, Jessica (Nathan) Blum of Geneseo, grandson, Easton Blum, sister, Darlene Stymus of Rochester, brothers, George Stymus of Rochester, Ronald (Nona) Stymus of Seneca Falls, step mother, Beverly Stymus of Geneseo, several nieces, nephews, and canine companion, Wilbur Jackson.

Donnie was born March 8, 1958 in Rochester, NY son of Donald C. Stymus Sr. and Mildred Nassivera Stymus. He delivered lumber to the local lumber yards for Genesee Reserve based in Rochester. Donnie was an avid fisherman and could be found at local race tracks on weekends and loved all auto racing. Donnie enjoyed many cruises, especially with his wife Cheryl by his side. He was a diehard fan of the Buffalo Bills.

A Celebration of Donnie's Life will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 1 – 4 PM at the Morgans Estates Community Center, 4399 Clear View Dr. in Geneseo.
